Harold and Harry

Since the cat has decided to steal and eat my knitting, I’ve decided to, instead of knitting before bed, write a little.

Steve and I just watched Stranger than Fiction with Will Farrell and Maggie Gyllenhaal (I think that’s spelled right, but I’m too lazy to check…). I quite liked it. I thought it was very clever. And something about the narration and the simplicity of the character in the beginning of the movie, reminded me of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy book (which if you haven’t read, do). It was cute and very very funny. I highly recommend renting it.

I’ve also been reading the first Harry Potter book. I bought a long time ago, read three pages, and then misplaced it. And I just discovered it amongst Steve’s books, so I decided to give it a chance.  It turns out I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I knew liked the movies, but that definitly means nothing about the books. But I definitly plan on reading the rest of the series after I finish this one. But of course they will have to wait, because after this book, I plan to go back to the Wheel of Time series. There’ll be plenty of time to read the Potter series, plus I think the last book is coming out this year, so then I can read all the rest in one big shot…

Huh, I guess that’s all I had to write. Nothing happened today. Other than the normal work junk. Wow, what an exciting Sunday :)
